保育参観開催日
令和8年6月15日から7月16日まで
日々の子どもたちがどんな生活をしているのか、園内の様子を保護者の皆様に共有する機会として、保育参観を開催いたします。保育参観という名称になっていますが、子どもたちに誘われたら一緒に遊んでいただいても大丈夫です。親子あるいは祖父母の方と一緒に、こども園を楽しんでもらえればと思います。
なお、園内の混雑を避けるため、事前予約が必要となります。詳細は、下記を御覧ください。
・園児1名に付き、1回まで予約ができます。
・一回の予約で、お越しいただけるのは、各家庭３名まで。
・予約された日の9時30分から11時まで。
・当日は、一度、事務所にて受付を済ませてから、ご観覧ください。

Classroom Observation Days
Period: June 15 to July 31, 2026 (Reiwa 8)
We are pleased to hold our Classroom Observation Days! This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and guardians to see what daily life is like for our children and to experience the atmosphere at the center. Although it is called an “observation,” you are more than welcome to join in and play if the children invite you. We hope that parents, guardians, and grandparents alike will enjoy experiencing the center together with the children.
To prevent overcrowding inside the facility, advance reservations are required. Please see the details below for more information.
Observation Guidelines
Reservation Limit: Each child is limited to one reservation for the entire duration.
Visitor Limit: Up to 3 family members may attend per reservation.
Observation Hours: From 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM on your reserved date.
On the Day: Upon arrival, please make sure to check in at the main office first before proceeding to view the activities.

サポーターズカフェも同時開催します
園長先生と幼児教育・保育のお話をする機会として、サポーターズカフェを開催しています。保育参観期間中も開催いたします。参観終了後、11時～12時半頃までの間で行います。定員は毎回6名までとなります。
今回のサポーターズカフェでは、給食の試食も同時に行います。普段子どもたちが食べている給食を試食しながら、幼児教育・保育のお話してみませんか？
保育参観の予約と同時に、サポーターズカフェの申し込みもできるようになりました。
今回は、7月1日（水）と7月10日（金）に開催いたします。ぜひご参加下さい。
予約方法（予約システムが新しくなりました）
令和8年度より、予約システムが新しくなりました。予約だけでなく、キャンセルもWeb上で行えるようになります。詳しい操作方法は、下記内容をご確認ください。

- お子様のクラスを選ぶ
動物のイラストが表示されます。お子様が所属するクラス名をタップしてください。 - クラスを選ぶ
細かいクラス（例：うさぎ1・うさぎ2）が表示されます。お子様のクラスをタップしてください。
○：空きあり 待：キャンセル待ちのみ ×：満員 - 参観日を選ぶ
カレンダーから希望の日付をタップしてください。タップすると日程の詳細と予約ボタンが表示されます。
緑色の日付：空きあり 黄色の日付：キャンセル待ちのみ 赤色の日付：満員 - 予約情報を入力する
以下の項目を入力してください。
・連絡先：メールアドレスまたは電話番号
（メールアドレスを入力いただくと確認メールが届きます）
・保護者名：フルネームでご入力ください
・お子様のお名前：名前のみ（例：アラレ）
・来園人数：当日ご来園される人数を選択してください
・サポーターズカフェ：参観後のサポーターズカフェに参加される場合は「参加する」を選択してください - 内容を確認して送信する
入力内容を確認し、「予約を確定する」ボタンを押してください。 - 予約完了
予約番号が表示されれば完了です。メールアドレスを登録された方には確認メールが届きます。
- Select Your Child’s Class Category
Animal illustrations will be displayed. Tap the class category your child belongs to. - Select the Specific Class
Detailed classes (e.g., Rabbit 1, Rabbit 2) will be displayed. Tap your child’s specific class.
○ Available 待 Waitlist Only × Full - Select the Observation Day
Tap your preferred date on the calendar. Tapping a date will show the schedule details and a “Book Now” button.
Green dates: Available Yellow dates: Waitlist Only Red dates: Full - Enter Reservation Information
Please fill in the following fields:
・Contact Info: Email address or phone number
(If you enter an email address, you will receive a confirmation email).
・Parent/Guardian Name: Please enter your full name.
・Child’s Name: First name only (e.g., Arale).
・Number of Attendees: Select the total number of people visiting on the day.
・Supporters’ Cafe: Select “Join” if you would like to attend the Supporters’ Cafe after the observation. - Review and Submit
Review your information and tap the “Confirm Booking” button. - Booking Complete
Your reservation is complete once your booking number is displayed. If you registered an email address, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

きょうだい児のご家庭
きょうだい児については、一人に付き1日ずつ予約を取っていただけます。または、きょうだい児、複数のクラスを、1日で回っても頂いてもOKです。
For families with more than one child, you may reserve one day for each child. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit multiple children’s classes on the same day.
諸注意
- 園にお越しの際は、一度、事務所にて受付をしてください。受付時間は、9時30分からです。
- 保育室内には立ち入らず、廊下、園庭よりご観覧ください。
- ご来場の際は、身分証として、打刻カードを首から下げてください。
- 観覧時間は、9時半から11時までとなります。時間内でしたら、自由に園内をご覧いただけます。
- その日の活動の状況によって、園庭やホール、散歩など、様々な場所で参観していただく場合もあります。
- 写真・動画撮影については、我が子のみとし、常識の範囲内で撮影をお願いいたします。他児やトイレ、おむつ替えの場面の撮影は禁止とします。また、トラブルを避けるため、SNSやインターネット上に無断で投稿するなどの行為はお控えください。
- HPから、予約確認、キャンセルが可能です。日程を変更する場合は、一度キャンセルしてから、再度別日を予約して下さい。
- Check-In: Upon arrival, please check in at the main office first. Check-in opens at 9:30 AM.
- Viewing Areas: Please view the activities from the hallways or the courtyard. To avoid disrupting the children, do not enter the classrooms.
- ID Requirement: Please wear your stamping card (ID card) around your neck at all times during your visit as proof of identification.
- Observation Hours: Visiting hours are from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. You are free to move around and observe the facility during this time.
- Activity Locations: Depending on the day’s schedule, activities may take place in various locations, such as the courtyard, the main hall, or out on a walk.
- Photos and Videos:
※ Please limit photography and filming to your own child only, and please use common sense and discretion.
※ Taking photos or videos of other children, or inside the restrooms and diaper-changing areas, is strictly prohibited.
※ To prevent privacy issues, please do not post any photos or videos on social media or the internet without permission. - Changes & Cancellations: You can check or cancel your reservation on our website. If you need to change your date, please cancel your current booking first, then make a new reservation for the preferred date.
